This was my fourth (4th) time staying there. I always chose Grafton as it facilitates my reason for being in LA and needs cared for. Thank you.

The hotel was in the heart of the Sunset strip so had easy access to many restaurants and bars but without being too noisy. The staff including the bar stuff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The pool area was small but adequate and had a lovely terrace where you could sit and talk to other guests and look at the view.

The vibe of this place exudes music and creativity, with decor that resonates with artistic flair. Enjoyed a lovely meal with good omelettes, and the proximity to legendary clubs like Whisky a Go Go added to the experience. The room felt a bit cramped for the price, and there was no music in the nightclub , disappointing. Still, the location couldn't be more perfect for exploring iconic spots.

The "Olives" Restaurant was a great place to have a drink and a bite to eat. The beds were very comfortable. The lady behind the counter at check-out was lovely.
The man behind the counter on check-in was rude and did not speak clearly. He belittled us, and obviously disliked us. He didn't let us know that the shuttle bus had to be booked 24 hours in advance. Luckily there were still seats available the next morning.

some noisy neighbors ! Our room had one communicating door with another room and we could hear all the conversations...

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Ziggy! The corner suite had a amazing view and the welcoming staff. Live music at the bar was a great touch for my stay.

I loved the poolside rooms that have both a front door and a back door that leads directly to the pool. There are a lot of new age products offered like enhanced water and sleep aid "soda". The only thing I didn't like was the large picture over the bed. But the colors are relaxing and it is right on the strip so everything on sunset is within walking distance. The hotel staff is wonderful.

The location was great, and the hotel had a fabulous boutique feel about it.
Very noisy, we had to chage rooms, but the noise continued. We could hear everything going on above us.

The pool area was a highlight of my stay, with live music adding a vibrant atmosphere. Noise from surrounding events could be disruptive was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, although the lack of variety in breakfast options was noticeable.

We really enjoyed our stay, particularly at the pool which gave off a vibrant vibe perfect for cooling off. Exploring the nearby Hollywood Walk of Fame with my two girls was lovely-there's nothing quite like a family photo in front of those stars!
My kids wished for a quieter rest because the noise from the lobby was really obnoxious at night. I recommend improving soundproofing for the sake of families.

I've had a very pleasant stay by 1 night. The restaurant was terrific for dinner, I tried delicious dishes. There were coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge in the room too.

The hotel is in an ideal location and has great amenities for a smaller Boutique hotel. It is a very comfortable and relaxed place to stay.
As a repeat customer we did notice that the hotel wasn't as clean as we remember from previous and could do with a little updating. The pool is lovely but it is quite a small area with only 8 sunbeds so is very much on a "first come first served" basis which isn't ideal if you want to relax in the afternoon after a busy day in the city.
